What's so exciting about Marketing?

Market environments are continuously changing because of various trends offering new research opportunities. Never a dull moment for marketing scholars.

Why did you choose a research career, and not something else?

I am curious by nature and get easily bored, so was looking for some challenges when I applied for the PhD program and I can honestly say that there is a lot of excitement in the research questions that I seek to address.

What do you hope students will take away from PREDOC's offerings?

I hope that students with some curiosity and/or interest in research careers, including in academia, will learn from PREDOC’s offerings if their research interest is enhanced, and that they learn the skills needed to be effective as a PhD student, and subsequently, as researchers and academics.
