The PhD Project is a nonprofit organization that aims to create greater diversity in the business world by fostering greater diversity in front of business school classrooms. The Project’s members pursue business PhDs with the intent to become university faculty, teaching and mentoring historically underrepresented students who aspire to a career in business.
