The Pathways to PhD in Political Science program was founded and is organized by current PhD students to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in political science academia. We aim to support prospective students from underrepresented backgrounds, such as first-generation college students, students of color, students enrolled in non-US institutions, students from public universities, students with disabilities, LGBTQ+ students, and more.
