Holmes' research spans health economics and public policy. She's worked to improve policy responses and health outcomes in communities of color and researched the economic impact of public health interventions on local/national economies. Marionette is a leader in improving mentorship and expanding access to economics, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Sadie Collective and PREDOC's Executive Committee.
