The National Science Foundation's (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) is an important tool for funding graduate research, and is often a recommended step in applying to PhD programs.  PREDOC is hosting a panel where Eric Bahel, Associate Professor at Virginia Tech and Program Director of NSF Economics, will discuss the importance of the GRFP and what makes for a compelling application.  The panel will be led by Thomas Klier, Senior Economist and Economic Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and will also feature past GRFP winners.
