The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan will host an informational Zoom session about undergraduate and post-college research opportunities on Tuesday, September 28 at 5pm ET.

In this session, students can learn how to begin a career as a scholar in business and economics answering public policy questions. Marketing professor Scott Rick and business economics PhD student Paul Organ will give a broad overview of the path from undergraduate study to academia, focusing on how to get involved with research as an undergraduate or recent college graduate. The session will also include information about Pathways to a Research and Doctoral Career (PREDOC) and the Ross Bridge to Doctoral Fellows program.

Fostering a diverse and inclusive community of researchers is critical for academia, so we strongly encourage interest from those historically under-represented in business and economics research (women, LGBTQ, Black, Indigenous, Latinx, first-generation, and low-income students, among others).
